Rachel Faris-Cornwell is a highly experienced Senior HR Generalist with extensive expertise in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Occupational Health & Safety, and Workplace Investigations. With a career spanning over two decades, she has provided strategic HR leadership and consultancy services to diverse industries, including professional services, IT, construction, transport, retail, community health, and not-for-profit organisations.
Rachel has been consulting through Organic HR since 2013, serving as a trusted business partner to over 40 organisations. She provides on-demand HR and ER/IR advisory services, performance management, compliance audits, risk assessments, and workplace investigations. Her expertise extends to employment law interpretation, complex employee relations cases, and mergers and acquisitions.
Throughout her career, she has held key HR leadership roles at many organisations and has received multiple recommendations and business appraisals for her strategic contributions in HR, OHS, and workplace culture development.
Rachel holds a Graduate Diploma in HR (Deakin University), Advanced Diploma in OHS (Swinburne University), and Civil Investigation Certification. She is also a Certified Mental Health First Aider and an active mentor within the HR and OHS communities.
