Complete outsourcing or providing assistance with recommendation and creation of an HR strategy in line with the overall Business objectives, including:
- Developing a HR department Business plan including:
- What services / support does the Business need from the HR department to achieve it’s goals?
- What resources are required by the HR department to be able to service and support the Business to achieve these goals?
- How will the HR department and each resource deliver these services / support?
- What does success look like?
- Regular auditing toward achievement of the HR plan.
